4. Updating Capital Calls and Distributions

🚩 Navigate to the fund’s page → [Distributions / Capital Calls]

• From [Distribution / Capital Calls] tab, you can log and track capital calls and distributions history
• If you’d like to make changes to commitments, please navigate to [Partners] tab to update

Adding Capital Calls

1. From [Distributions / Capital Calls] tab, click on [Add Capital Call] from the upper right

2. Select capital call type (initial or additional), update the date and investment amount and click [Submit]

   (You must fill in required fields with * to save the updated information)

Adding Distributions

1. From [Distributions / Capital Calls] tab, click on [Add Distribution] from the upper right

2. Select a specific date for distribution, update distribution amount and management/incentive fees and click [Submit]

   (You must fill in required fields with * to save the updated information)
