# Editing Company Settings and Information

## Setting Up Company Information

**Navigate to [Company Settings] → [Settings] → [Institution Info]**

Input the required (" * ") company information as listed on the company registration documents. Many of QuotaBook features make use of the information on this page so please make sure the information is accurate.

## Description of Each Field Below:

- **‍Institution Name:** Registered Company Name  
- **Registration Number:** Registration Number of the Company  
- **Tax ID:** Tax ID of the Institution  
- **Address:** Official Address of the Institution  
- **Website:** Company Website  
- **Incorporation Date:** Incorporation Date as Stated in Company Registration Documents  
- **Total Shares Authorized:** Total Number of Outstanding Shares Authorized to be Issued  
- **Initial Par Value:** Par Value as Stated in Company Registration Documents  
- **Currency:** Currency as Stated in Income Statement or Company Registration Documents
