The customer support chat widget is a tool you can use when you have a question or need help.

This page explains how to use the customer support chat widget.

## Ask for information

The customer support chat widget is at the right bottom of the page. Click to ask a question.

- Click **“Start a new chat”**.

If you want to have a look at the user guide, click **“New user guide”** option. It will guide you to QuotaBook support page and user guide.

If you want to talk to our customer support manager, click **“I have a question!”** and leave your contact information. We will reach out to you shortly.
